What is the minimum quantity for a bulk order?
We accept bulk orders starting from 10 pieces. There is no upper limit — we regularly fulfil orders of 500+ pieces for weddings and corporates.
Do you offer discounts for large quantities?
Yes. The larger the order, the better the making-charge discount. Contact us for a custom quote based on your quantity.
How long does a bulk order take?
Depending on quantity and design complexity, bulk orders are typically delivered within 15–30 working days after design approval and advance payment.
Is the advance refundable?
The 30% advance is non-refundable once production has begun. If any pieces do not match the approved sample, we will replace them at no extra cost.
Can we get a sample piece before the full order?
Yes. We can produce a sample piece for approval before starting the full batch. Sample charges are adjusted against the final order value.
