3. Product Information

We make every effort to display products accurately. However, actual colours may vary due to your monitor's settings. Gold weights are approximate (±2%) due to the handcrafted nature of jewellery. All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, prices, and availability without notice.

4. Pricing & Payment

Gold jewellery prices are updated daily based on the prevailing gold rate and are locked in at the time of order placement. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you before processing your order and offer you the option to purchase at the correct price or cancel.

Payment is processed securely by Razorpay. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking. All transactions are subject to applicable GST.

5. Order Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer. We accept your order when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraud, and will issue a full refund in such cases.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product designs, and software — is the property of Mangal & Mangal Thanga Maligai or its licensors and is protected under Indian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. User-Generated Content

By submitting reviews, comments, or other content on our website, you grant Mangal & Mangal a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, display, and reproduce that content. You warrant that your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law.

8. Limitation of Liability
