1. Shipping Coverage
Mangal & Mangal ships to all pin codes across India served by our delivery partners (Blue Dart, Delhivery, and DTDC). International shipping is available to the UAE, USA, Canada, UK, and Singapore via FedEx International Priority.
2. Delivery Timelines

Business days exclude Sundays and national public holidays. Order processing takes 1–2 business days before despatch.
3. Order Insurance
All domestic orders are fully insured at the declared purchase value during transit at no additional cost. International orders above ₹1,00,000 require signature confirmation on delivery.
4. Order Tracking
A tracking number and carrier link will be sent via email and SMS once your order is dispatched. You can also track your order from My Account → Orders on our website.
5. Delivery Attempt & Re-Delivery
Delivery requires a signature. If a delivery attempt fails, the carrier will make two further attempts on consecutive business days. After three failed attempts, the parcel is returned to our fulfilment centre and a full refund (excluding any shipping charges) will be issued.
6. Customs & Import Duties (International)
Customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees levied by the destination country are solely the buyer's responsibility. Mangal & Mangal is not liable for delays caused by customs inspection.
