Refund & Returns Policy

1. Returns Window

You may return most items purchased from Mangal & Mangal within 15 days of the delivery date, provided the item is:

• Unworn and undamaged, in its original condition
• Accompanied by all original packaging, tags, and certificates
• Returned with the original tax invoice

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
• Custom-made or personalised jewellery
• Items that have been resized, engraved, or otherwise altered
• Jewellery showing signs of wear, damage, or missing components

3. How to Return

1. Log in to your account and navigate to My Orders.
2. Select the relevant order and click "Request Return."
3. Our team will review the request and, if approved, schedule a free doorstep pickup within 2–3 business days.
4. The item is inspected upon receipt. If approved, your refund is initiated within 7 business days.

4. Refund Method & Timeline

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item.

5. Lifetime Exchange

All jewellery purchased from Mangal & Mangal is eligible for our lifetime exchange programme with no time limit. The exchange value is calculated at the prevailing gold rate on the day of exchange. Making charges from the original purchase are not included in the exchange value.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@mangalandmangal.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a free return and replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
